Programs
$140 per month
This is a weekly on and off wall plan for your child delivered on the app Sequence. This includes strength training, their coaching sessions, social sessions, flexibility and mobility. I look at the week, month and year of training, it looks at the big picture!
Training Programs are for advanced youth climbers aged 13+ only. Contact Moriah if you’re unsure if a training program is right for you. I can be reached here
How does it work?
I send you an intake questionnaire with questions about your goals, training history, schedule and strength testing. This allows me to get to know you and then write the best quality training program specifically for you.
You must book an in person private coaching session to go through exercise form, strength testing & training format.
The training program is delivered on Sequence the app with ongoing support from me every week!
How does the price work?
Training programs cost $140 per month and are billed every 2 months.
The monthly price does not include the in person private coaching session however it is required for at the start of any new training program.
There is no lock in contract, you can cancel at the start of any 2 month block.
Any training program can be paused if you go away or are injured.
What does it include?
Entry questionnaire including questions about your training history, goals, schedule and training capacity.
Training program specifically written for you delivered on the Sequence, desktop and app format.
Training is delivered in blocks. All block rewrites are included!
Weekly revision and adjustments as necessary
Regular check ins via your preferred platform - email, call, text
